CPF Housing Grant is a housing subsidy provided by the government to eligible buyers of resale flats. The grant assists eligible first-timer or second-timer family to buy an HDB Flat too.

The CPF Housing Grant (in the form of CPF Monies and not cash) will be credited into your CPF Ordinary Account and treated as part of your CPF fund. The CPF Housing Grants are then withdrawn to subsidise the initial purchase price. It cannot be used for the minimum cash downpayment and monthly mortgage installment payments.
